While the huts are cute, they could benefit from more lighting for evening safety!!! The pool area needs servers to enhance the drink service experience during peak times!!! Limited dining options could frustrate those expecting variety!!!

hacienda tijax jungle lodge was a gem in the jungle. we loved how the cabins blended with nature. the friendly staff made our stay even better. the kayak tour was a standout experience, allowing us to see wildlife up close. plus, there's a natural spring pool that's perfect for a refreshing swim!

I had a delightful stay at the Hotel Hacienda Tijax Jungle Lodge. The setting amidst lush greenery is simply enchanting. The staff were remarkably considerate, providing assistance when I needed it, and the guided kayak tour through the jungle was truly unforgettable, allowing us to witness diverse wildlife.

Fantastic jungle hut stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the relaxing morning kayak tour with a super friendly guide that let us see tons of monkeys, and the walking tour to the jungle tower on our own was such an adventure! The outdoor pool and cozy garden area were perfect spots to unwind after our activities. A small tip would be to have some servers at the pool bar for drinks to make it even better. 😊

The cozy Double or Twin Room had excellent air conditioning and a shower with consistent hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The organic pulled pork at the restaurant was a highlight, and the staff went out of their way to help with our activities, including a memorable morning kayak tour that brought us up close to local wildlife. While the setting is peaceful, after 10pm, it could be a bit too quiet for some, leaving little nightlife. Notably, the boat taxi service was convenient for our transfers.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic 3-night stay! While the beds could be a bit narrow, the food was delightful, particularly the locally sourced dishes. Be prepared for a lively Saturday night. the nearby music can be loud but adds to the adventure. A guided tour of the reserve would enhance the experience!
